I moved into a new basement suite last weekend and my landlord had the carpets professionally cleaned a couple of days before I moved in. Now there is a strong “litter box” smell throughout the place. It does not smell like male cat spray but more like animal pee throughout the suite. The carpets are only a year old and my landlord tried spraying an enzyme product by Nature’s Miracle on the carpets but it still hasn’t taken the odour out.
I am wondering if your services will remove this awful smell and if so can you quote me a price that I can forward to my landlord?
